Birthday Card

Hello Everyone! Welcome to another post! My co-worker asked me to make her a birthday card and this is what I came up with!

The materials I used were: Rich Razzleberry, Tangerine Tango, Bermuda Bay and Melon Mambo markers; Big Day Stamp Set (FREE when you spend $50 or more!); In Color 2013-2015 Paper; Big Shot; and the Lucky Stars embossing folder.

I used the markers to color in different words on the stamp.

Blendabilities

Hello! Me again! I mentioned in my last post about Blendabilities and I'm sure most of you are wondering what the heck are blendabilities! Let me tell you!
Each set comes with 3 markers. All of them are the same color but in light, medium and dark. For example pictured below you will see Cherry Cobbler. Cherry Cobbler Blendabilities come in light, medium and dark. This helps you take the guessing out of what color matches when you are coloring in your stamps!
The only exception to markers are the skin tones. That collection comes in 6 different skin tone colors.

If you have any questions about Blendabilities markers, please comment below! I will be happy to answer them!!!

Baby bumblebee

I'm bringing home my baby bumble bee
Won't my Mommy be so proud of me
I'm bringing home my baby bumble bee -
OUCH!! It stung me!!

I'm getting to that age where a lot more of my family and friends are starting to have babies. Last year I knew 4 people who were due all around the same time in February. One came in Dec, another in Jan and the last 2 were in Feb. Then my good friend had a baby in September and now my cousin is pregnant with her first child! So many babies around! Wouldn't it be great to add your personal touch? Check out this cute baby bumblebee! The stamp is from our Occasions catalog!

How cute would this stamp look on a card or a tag when you attend a baby shower! It's great to pair it with the Little Sunshine stamp set. It has great designs and cute sayings, perfect for the mother-to-be!
I made this little bumblebee into a 3x4 project life card to use in my cousin Caleigh's book.
The the ink pad I used was Basic Black .( I think the memento pad in jet black is recommended I just haven't purchased the ink pad yet). To color in the bumblebee I used my Blendablility markers in skin tone and daffodil delight

Happy 1st Birthday/Project Life

Happiest birthday to my sweet baby cousin Caleigh! I love you so much! Here is a scrapbook I made for my aunt for her first year!

The binder and page protectors are Simple stories(because I started this before I heard of Stampin Up!). I added some Stampin Up! products: On the cover I used the Happy Heart Embossing Folder, the polka dotted hearts are punched from the Itty Bitty Acents punches . Click the links to find each set used: Love, Caleigh Rose, Elephant, and Hello Life

I love the way you can just slip the photos and journal cards into the page protectors. Project Life has become apart of Stampin Up! (how I heard about SU!). They have a great selection of Project Life material including a kit titled Little Moments to capture your baby or child's unforgettable moments. One of the cool things about PLxSU is that you don't get all those extra cards that come in a regular core kit. Each kit has a set of 4x6, 4x4 & 3x4 cards that are all double sided. Once you use the cards up for your project you won't be left with any extras! Check out this short video all the different cards found in the Little Moments kit.

If you have any questions about project life or are interested in taking a class in it please contact me! I love this simple way to scrapbook and document your memories, It's quick and easy!

Now onto the book. Here are just a few pages!

Perpetual Birthday Calender

Hey everyone! Start your year off right by remembering all those birthdays!
Perpetual Birthday Calender kit by Stampin Up! focuses on the days of people's birth rather than the year. So you can keep reusing it every year!!! You'll become the go to person to know when is someone's birthday!

The best is you can make each month however you like. In this example I put the initial of the month on top and the name of the month on the bottom! You can put the name underneath the initial. It's all up to you!

Another idea is to make each month and give it as a gift. It comes in a decorative box! It'll be a unique and personal gift anyone would love to receive.

Also, you can gather your friends for a night to make this kit together! It'll be a great way to bond and spend time.

If you are interested in hosting a class, please don't hesitate to contact me
